Girls Bravo: First Season S01-S02

When he was a child, Yukinari was always bullied and teased by girls, and now in high school, he has developed a rare condition: whenever girls touch him or even come close, he breaks out in hives. Now imagine his surprise when he is suddenly transported to the city of Seren, a mysterious world that orbits the Earth in an invisible manner, where the majority of the population is female. Fortunately, Yukinari finds a new friend, Miharu-chan, someone who, for some strange reason, does not affect him in the same way (does not cause him to break out in hives).
